Stargazing in the Warrumbungles
April 25 - April 28
Back by popular demand …. an astrophotography-themed trip out to the Warrumbungle National Park – Australia’s first Dark Sky Park. This extended weekend trip coincides with ANZAC day.
Highlights of the extended weekend will include:
Opportunity in the evenings to bring out your telescope and camera to view and photograph
Some off-roading and easy bush walks.
Accommodation will be at the Warrumbungle Mountain Lodge. You can book a motel unit ($130 per night for two) or bring your caravan/camper trailer – powered ($45 per night) and unpowered ($35 per night) campsites.
We ran a similar trip in late 2019 and it was very popular, so if you’re keen to join, don’t delay contacting us to book your spot.
